Thats lucky investment or ya hit the Inheritance lottery good ya grandparent left ya 50 grand in a trust & when your folks croaked left ya the house all paid off too..
Thats how I got lucky and can be dysfunctional bouncing back and forth from Factories, Grocery Stores, Trucking, even Telemarketing and "Used Cars"
My family loved me "enough" gave it 2 me in their will..
All I gotta do is go out work any job enough awhile and keep the Paycheck coming thru the "Front Doors" cover Property Tax and Not dip into my "Real $$$" but its getting more Difficult the prices really went way up on me
Pay is up too but what used look good Inflation and Prices have outran the Raises and Better Wages
